Little Gem of a cottage with hot tub by the stream

Blaithwaite cottage is such a little gem, set by the babbling steam on our 250 acre Blaithwaite Estate, with access to our 50 acres of woodland with walks, play area on the main part of the estate. The cottage was newly refurbished in 2019, it is just beautiful. With everything you’d expect to have a lovely, warm and comfortable stay. The only negative is the lack of wifi, but some might say that’s a positive! The hot tub is a wonderful addition and the property is very private. All of the cottage is for your own private use. The property has own private parking and access. Gated driveway, and private garden. Hot tub is for the use of Blaithwaite cottage guests only. We own Blaithwaite estate and live in the main part of the grounds, we and our team are always available in case needed. Welcome pack in cottage and emergency numbers available. There are two properties in view of the cottage, and is not at all overlooked. The Blaithwaite estate grounds of 250 acres surround the cottage. You’ll need a car! Private parking for 2 cars available. We are located on a small road but easily accessed as the a595 and a596 are within a few miles. The nearest bus stop is 3 miles.
