Fully renovated apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Semedela is suitable for a quiet friendly or family holiday in the immediate vicinity of Koper, which is only 15 minutes walk and 500 meters from the sea. Koper is a beautiful old historical town which, in addition to its extraordinary venetian architecture, offers an exceptional range of activities - cultural, sightseeing, historical and sports. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood on the top floor of a two-storey private house. It offers private parking for 3 cars and a private garden with a summer kitchen (electric grill) where you can enjoy social summer shady mornings or evenings. The accommodation is 96 square meters, but has only 2 classic bedrooms, the rest of the rooms are combined into a single spacious space, but we found a corner for an extra sofa with a bed. The first bedroom offers a king bed (200x200 cm) and an extra bed (80x190 cm). The second bedroom offers a single bed (90x200 cm) and a sofa bed for two (140x200 cm). In the lobby of the kitchen there is another sofa bed, which offers a bed for two people (140x190 cm). Other space include: a living room with smart TV (currently without a cable connection, but providing a USB port for watching movies and bluetooth connecting to computers and phones), kitchen and dining room. Separately, you also have a space with a washing machine, a clothes dryer and ironing facilities. Air conditioning and underfloor heating. WIFI. By arrangement, a lodge for sports equipment is available and water is available in the garden for washing (eg bicycles). Towels and bedding are available at the property. A city tax of 2 € / person / night is required.
