Unique Exeter Tudor cottage on famous cobbled hill
Unique charismatic house in the heart of one of the UK’s most popular cities. Located on the famous Stepcote Hill, the oldest surviving part of Exeter, a simple (Hidden by Airbnb) search of the street name will uncover the enormous history. My characterful, welcoming Tudor home has a wooden/neutral decor reminiscent of a country cottage and within walking distance to almost every local landmark and amenities including the Quay, Royal Albert Museum, Exeter Cathedral, Exeter University and hight street. As you amble up the cobbled hill to the front door, you will be greeted to a warm and welcoming living room with wooden flooring and cosy seating, upstairs both bedrooms have been designed in keeping with the quaint country theme, both perfect spaces to relax and unwind after days spent wondering around the shops or visiting the local beaches. Sliding wooden doors give access to the final room upstairs, the brand-new bathroom, with a huge walk in shower almost big enough to fit a horse in! Wondering back down through to the rustic kitchen, fully equipped to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a lavish feast. Bespoke countertops along with many more homemade touches, which makes it perfectly imperfect! The back door gives access to the private landscaped garden, where a raised roofed decking area above the lawn is situated complete with outdoor dining space!
