Our gorgeous stylish duplex is in a beautifully restored listed 2 Georgian property. One of 2 apartments in the same building which both sleep 4. They can be rented together to sleep 8. We have a really spacious, open plan living area with kitchen and separate cloakroom. Upstairs there are 2 en-suite bedrooms So convenient, the apartment is a few 100 metres from the local amenities of Clitheroe and yet in a quiet location with lovely views of Pendle Hill. Secure parking for 2 cars on site We are very proud of this unique apartment. The stunning living accommodation has 2 enormous sash windows, flooding the room with light. A great kitchen area is separated from the comfortable lounge by a large island. It is beautifully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, neff electric fan oven, microwave and induction hob. Off the kitchen is a separate cloakroom and laundry area with a washer dryer. For relaxing in the winter months there is a modern style wood burner. Clitheroe is a vibrant market town with lots of fabulous independent shops and supermarkets. Within the town are numerous restaurants, takeaways, an Everyman cinema and a theatre. All of these facilities are within very easy walking distance from the apartment. A designated Area of of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Ribble Valley is famous for its great food and wonderful scenery. There is loads to do, including walking, cycling and cultural pursuits. We are easily accessible by car and bike. Clitheroe has a train station with regular services to Manchester and there plenty of buses to access Skipton, Preston and other towns. The bus stop is just a few steps away from the property.
