There are numerous restaurants, coffee shops & ice-cream parlours. The small town is surrounded by pretty countryside walks, and beaches. The Wirral Way offers safe cycling & walking routes through Wirral and is readily accessed from the property. Easy rail links to Liverpool and Chester city centres. The flat is fully furnished, with bright, airy rooms & lovely high ceilings. The kitchen is well equipped for anyone wanting to prepare their own food during their stay. A 2-3 minute walk around the corner will bring you to Hickory's Smokehouse restaurant which is popular all year round, and caters well for groups of all ages, often with live music at the weekend. A 1-2 minute walk in the opposite direction brings you to the Marine Lake and Sailing Club. There is a fabulous walk around the Marina, and amazing sunsets to see on many evenings. The Sailing Club plays host to the Wilson Trophy competition each year and attracts teams from across the globe. For golf lovers there is the Royal Liverpool Golf Club (Hoylake) just over 1 mile away, due to be home for the Open Golf Championship in 2022.
