House is located in the northern part of the Velebit mountain, at 650 m above sea level. It has an unique location with only 12km from Adriatic Sea and 20 km from the Zavižan, one of the best-known localities in the Northern Velebit National Park. Location is ideal for all those looking for active holidays and outdoor activities – mountaineering, hiking, trekking, cycling. House in the nature where you can enjoy peace and quiet. It has a beautifull view on the sea and whole Kvarner bay. The house has 74 m2 divided in one bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a bathroom. It is located in the nature so you can walk around and go hiking and cycling everywhere you want. There is a terrace with a big wooden table and chairs, sunbeds and jacuzzi, hot tub in front of the house. Guest have access to evertying around. There is a barbecue on the premises available for use. Guests can enjoy their privacy because the house is excluded and there is nothing around butt nature. I will be available for any assistance if needed. House in the nature where you can enjoy peace and quiet and escape from your usual problems. It has a beautifull view on the whole Kvarner bay. City Senj is only 12 km away. I own a restaurant in Senj where you can enjoy in delicius sea food. I also have a speedboat so we can arrange drives along the coast and to the nearby beaches and panorama city!
