A villa apartment, close to Rome

Cozy and comfortable two-bedroom apartment, with a modern kitchen and a spacious living area. Two balconies, access and use of large villa garden. Close to Rome and many other attractions. Located on a very quiet dead-end street. An independent upstairs apartment in a villa surrounded by a beautiful garden and very close to Rome. Can sleep up to 5 people. One bedroom with king size bed, a second bedroom with single bed and a crib, and a double-size sofa bed in the living area. Private parking space inside the villa with closed electric gate. We live on the ground floor, therefore we personally receive our guests upon their arrival and furnish all necessary assistance. The villa is on a dead-end street, therefore with no traffic but very close to the centre of the village with all kinds of shops close-by, including a shopping centre. San Cesareo is connected to Rome by highway A1 (10' to Roma Sud exit); by train from the nearby Zagarolo station (20' to Termini station); by bus (30' to Anagnina subway station); and subway line C is only 15' drive from the house. Distance to Fiumicino airport about 45' by car, to Ciampino airport 25' by car (in normal traffic condition). Other interesting places can be reached nearby in less than half-hour drive: Zagarolo - Palazzo Rospigliosi and Toy Museum Palestrina - ancient town with Tempio della Dea Fortuna, archeology site and museum Valmontone - Rainbow MagicLand and Outlet Tivoli - Villa Adriana, Villa D'Este and Villa Gregoriana Frascati - attractive town in the Castelli Romani area.
