Double room within a 3 bed house with off road parking We are 3 miles to Southend airport (Easyjet) and within 3 miles to multiple train stations - Rayleigh, Southend Airport and Leigh-on-sea Quiet cul-de-sac location for a quick airport stop or visiting sunny Southend for a few days. Please note we also consider longer term rentals. ***PLEASE NOTE - we require those booking to have government verified ID*** *** We only accept female bookings due to shared communal areas - thank you*** Guests will have full access to kitchen and bathroom. As little or as often as you like! We will do our best to greet you on arrival and orientate you about your stay :) Friendly quiet and safe neighbourhood. We are central to everything! We are within 3 miles to Southend Airport (Easy jet), and railstations including Southend Airport, Rayleigh and Leigh-on-sea which covers both lines going to Fen church Street and Liverpool Street. We have a fabulous local pub just 5 minutes walk from the house. In addition Old Leigh is only 10 minutes by car if you'd like to stroll down the seafront!
