The entire space is of a good size and enjoys a good view of the garden and paddock. The courtyard is ideal for alfresco dining or a quiet drink during the warmer months Please note this is an annexe as guests you have the entire space to yourself and access to all areas within. Please note there is a staircase I do have a part time job however, if I am not around I can always be reached by phone. I will return calls and messages in the soonest possible time. Abbotskerswell village has a good general store with post office facilities,a cafe and hairdresser. Ipplepen and Kingskerswell a Co-op. The local pubs offer a warm welcome and good food Own transport is strongly recommended due to the rural location.
