Wonderful mountain-house in Italy

The house is located in Colloro (Chiovenda). A little village not far from the lago Maggiore upon a hill. A little paradise for relaxation, hiking and swimming in the beck close by. The stunning view will put a smile on you face every morning. The house is very spacious. It has three bedrooms and another sleeping couch placed in the living room. The house has a ground floor, first floor and second floor. The bedrooms on the first floor and a third on the second floor. The first floor has a balcony and the second floor has a terrace where you can find place for breakfast, lunch or dinner and also sunbathing. Every floor has a bathroom with showers. On the ground floor you find a restroom with toilet and sink. There is also a big terrace in front of the house. You have a wonderful view from every floor of the house over the valley, to the mountains and on the lago maggiore. You will have access to the whole house while you renting it. During the stay you will have the house for yourself. You can always reach someone if there are any questions. The little village Colloro is situated on a hill (550m) at the boarder to the parco nazionale "ValGrande". It is a very quiet and relaxing village. There is a small restaurant called circolo where they serve delicious pizza on thursdays, saturdays and Sundays. The other days they serve good regional food. The area around the house is perfect for hiking (overnight tours to the centovalli/ switzerland are possible and very famous). Close by there is a little beck where you can swim and also practice canyoning. The water temperature is very cold :) By car you can reach the lago di mergozzo within in 15 Minutes. Its the cleanest lake in north Italy for swimming. Domodossola is by car 30 minutes away (street market every saturday). A little village for shopping and full of nice restaurants. Intra is around 25 minutes away. Its located right on the lago di maggiore. Here you find also many restaurants, shopping facilities (beautiful little market every saturday). Or you can just sit close to the lake, enjoy the wonderful view, the terrific food and wine, la dolce vita. The beautiful village Stresa is by car around 30 minutes away and worth for a trip. From here you have a nice view and the possibilty to visit the ille de borromées. The airport malpensa (Milano) is by car around 45 minutes away. There is also a train station in the village Premosello which is located at the bottom of the hill from where you drive up to Colloro. You can take a train from Milano or Domodossola straight to Premosello. You need a car to drive up to Colloro.
