The Barn at Old Bounty Farm

We would love to welcome you to The Barn at Old Bounty Farm, a rural barn conversion 5 minutes from the M58 The suite has private access and parking. There is a double bedroom, bathroom and living room with a sofa bed There are tea/coffee facilities, a microwave, and fridge. A continental breakfast is provided with cereal and bread. Ideally situated for walks with good pubs and cafes nearby. We are walking distance from Lancashire Manor and Upholland train station for Liverpool and Manchester The suite has private access and on site parking. There is a double bedroom, bathroom and living room with a sofa bed, and underfloor heating throughout. There are tea /coffee facilities, a microwave and small fridge. A continental breakfast is provided with cereal and bread The living room has a TV with Amazon FireTV stick and DVD player. There are a selection of books, DVDs and board games and a Bluetooth speaker for streaming music. The bedroom has a TV with Amazon FireTV stick, a hairdryer and full length mirror. We also have two travel cots for infants if you need them. The Barn has a separate entrance to the main house. We have converted the three rooms at the back of the barn to create the guest suite, which is yours during your stay. We use the front part of the barn as our living room, but it is sealed off from the guest suite. We always try not to disturb you during your stay, but want to make sure you know! There’s a shared garden which you have free access to, including outside seating and children’s play equipment. We are really happy to welcome dogs, but just ask that they are not left unattended. We’ll be around when you come to stay and are happy to give local advice, or leave you alone to explore and enjoy. If you’d like to ask questions before you get here then please just get in touch. The great thing about living here is you can walk out of the front door and straight across the fields, via some great cafes and pubs. We’re also within walking distance of the train station and Lancashire Manor hotel, and only 5 minutes from the motorway for easy access to Ormskirk, Liverpool and Manchester. Ideally you’ll need a car or bike to get here or we’re 10 minutes walk from Upholland train station with connecting trains to Wigan, Liverpool and Manchester. The area is very popular with cyclists because of the flat terrain and great views. As well as Radar the Labrador we have three children who are 3, 8 & 9.
