The Haven, situated in the quaint village of Ceres, is a beautiful self contained 1 bedroom annex with its own private entrance. The space can be enjoyed by single persons, or couples looking for peace and tranquility. Ceres is situated just 8 miles from the Home of Golf, St Andrews, where you can enjoy stunning beaches and historic buildings, along with a vast choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The local market town of Cupar is also within a moment's drive. The annex is styled in a quirky, colourful design, and wherever possible, we have tried to use second hand and recycled furniture, hand painted in its own unique way. The space comprises of a small kitchenette - fitted with 2 hobs, a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Someone will always be on site to deal with any issues or enquiries guests might have. We work locally, so in the event that nobody is home, we are never too far away. There will be owner emergency numbers, local recommendations and other info provided in a welcome pack. Ceres is a beautiful wee village with a vibrant pub, well stocked village shop (located just across the road from The Haven), craft butchers, village café and a community funded folk museum. The village is also home to the shortest high street in Scotland, and the oldest free Highland Games in the country - gifted to the village by Robert the Bruce in 1314. Serviced by an hourly bus to inspiring capital Edinburgh, the village enjoys good transport routes to neighboring towns such as St Andrews and Cupar. The village is popular with cyclists and walkers passing through on the Fife Pilgrim Way, which follows in the footsteps of monks, miners and martyrs. Fife has several National Trust properties, one of which is in the village.
