Shepherds Hut with a view of the Blackdown Hill's

Our beautiful bespoke, shepherds hut MooBell's (sorry named by our children) will be welcoming guests from April 2020. Our hut is brand new and offers guests a little bit of luxury whilst importantly still maintaining that all important, at one with nature camping feel which is so very important to us. In addition we have a woodfired hot tub to enjoy the sunsets an sunrises and we can even supply a bottle of Devon bubbly should you require. MooBell's comes furnished with every creature comfort you can think of to help fully recharge your batteries including gas fired shower and compost loo. The hut sleeps two adults and a well behaved dog is welcome at an additional charge of £10 per night. Please bring your own dog bed for them. PLEASE NOTE THAT CURRENTLY WE ARE NOT SUPPLYING BEDDING AND TOWELS We are able to book out our whole site for small gatherings. Your accommodation comes with far reaching views to the famous Culmstock Beacon (we recommend you take a walk up here) and is situated just a stone’s throw from the river Culm footpath. With just a half hour stroll along the meandering river Culm to the local village of Culmstock, with its great pub and Village shop what could be better. We love absolutely nothing more than outdoor cooking so in addition to your very well equipped kitchen we have provided you with a quint essentially rustic campfire set up so you can cook bangers and beans on an open fire, under the stars to your hearts content. We would recommend cooking your breakfast like this too as in addition to breath taking sunsets you could be in for some truly magnificent sunrises. We are located in Prescott, a small hamlet in between Culmstock and Uffculme on the Devon Somerset Border. We are just five minutes from the M5 and 20 minutes from the A303. Tiverton Parkway Station is just a five, minute taxi ride. Taxis run out of station on a regular basis or for a cost of just £10 we can collect you. The main coach stations are Taunton and Exeter both operate a bus route to Uffculme we can arrange a collection service for you on arrival. - Due to increased cleaning we are operating a 2-night minimum stay. - This is a working small holding with stock, dogs, horses and tractors so during the day we can sometimes be busy. -PLEASE NOTE THAT BEDDING AND TOWELS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED
