Cosy all seasons getaway

Are you looking for a lovely retreat in the Prekmurje region of northeastern Slovenia? Located in quiet village, in the midst of nature, this house is a remarkable place to visit throughout the year. Spend quality time with friends and family as you sit by the crackling fireplace, have a barbecue for the whole family in the yard, explore the flat Prekmurje countryside by bike or visit several thermal spas and water-parks just a short drive away. Perfect for families with kids and big groups! The cosy house is about 150 m². On the lower level there is a spacious living room, attached to a dining room with two big tables, a small hall and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need whether you are throwing together a snack or creating a full course meal. There are two stoves (a vintage one and a new one), a fridge, an electric oven and all the kitchenware. Sadly, there is no dishwasher and microvawe. In the bathroom, you will find a shower, a washing machine, a hair-dryer, a toilet... On the upper level there is another bathroom (shower and toilet) as well as three bedrooms, each with a double bed and additional mattresses. In front of the house you will find a big table with benches, where you can eat during warmer months, and a large yard, where you can relax on two sunloungers or play a game of badminton. If you want to just sit back, relax and enjoy the fresh air, then swing in comfort in a hanging swing chair. The yard is well-maintained with some grape vines and veggies growing at the back of the house. You are welcome to use grapes and veggies when available. In case you want to discover numerous great cycling routes, there are four bikes at your disposal. It is possible that I won't be able to greet you. In this case you will get the keys at my neighbour's house. I'll be always available via email, and cell phone if you need me – I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Terme 3000 Moravske Toplice – approx. 17 km, 16 minutes by car; Terme Vivat – approx. 17 km, 16 minutes by car; Lendava thermal spa – approx. 17 km, 11 minutes by car; Radenci health resort – approx. 30 km, 23 minutes by car; Terme Banovci – approx. 17 km, 20 minutes by car; Vinarium Tower Lendava – approx. 16 km, 14 minutes by car; The Bukovnica lake – a popular fishing and picnic spot + adventure park – approx. 11 km, 16 minutes by car; Floating mills and the ‘Island of Love’ on the Mura river – approx. 9 km, 11 minutes by car; Botanical garden with Orchids – approx. 8 km, 10 minutes by car. If you have a car and plenty of time you can easily reach bigger cities in Slovenia as well as in neighbouring countries: Murska Sobota (17 km), Maribor (67 km), Ljubljana (190 km, airport), Koper (295 km), Graz (123 km), Vienna (244 km, airport), Budapest (276 km, airport), Bratislava (257 km, airport), Zagreb (155 km, airport), Trieste (290 km, airport) etc. The house vine cellar will be locked, however I can open it upon your request.
