Prices are per night for up to 4 people (VAT included). Additional guests pay €30 per person per night (children up to age 4 stay for free). There is a final cleaning fee of €200, in addition to tourist tax of €1.35 per person per night. A deposit of €250 is withheld at the time of booking. This romantic, recently renovated holiday flat is located in “Villa Mozart”, a historical listed building in the centre of Kiens where you can spend the holiday of your dreams amidst the Dolomites. Its 158 square meters offer up to 7 people or two families plenty of space to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The flat features three bedrooms, two of which boast wood panelling, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a Finnish sauna made of wood, a cellar, two car parking spaces just outside the building and an original 18th century Tyrolean-style lounge with a traditional stove. I give them their space but I am available by phone for questions LOCATION In the summer, the recreational “Issengo Lake” which is just a few minutes’ drive from the flat, offers lots of leisure activities including a small lake where bathing is permitted and an adventure park with rope courses. The flat can also be used as a handy point of departure for cycling or mountain bike rides, tours and mountain hikes. In the winter, the largest ski resort in the vicinity – Kronplatz – as well as the renowned Gadertal and Corvara are just perfect for cross-country and alpine skiing and snowboarding. You can even enjoy a car-free holiday thanks to the excellent bus and train connections in the Eisack and the Puster valleys.
