The approach road runs along a country road, but one of this is not noticed directly at the house. The last 200 meters go over a gravel road, this is on private ground so is not used by any car. There is a TV with satellite reception, two very comfortable sofas which can also be converted to very comfortable beds, a dining area and a stove, it fulfills the living room on cold days with warmth. The kitchen: It is fully equipped with automatic coffee machine, electric stove with oven (new 2016), large refrigerator, microwave, water cooker, toaster, pots and pans, cutlery, sieves, potato peelers, sharp knife, salt and pepper, other basic foods and of course a dishwashing All cleaning agents you need. The bathroom: It has been built in 2015 new to the house, along with a basement and a storage room. In the bathroom there is a shower, a large wardrobe, a sink and a toilet. The bathroom, as well as the bedrooms are heated by infrared heating, which generates the same heat as a tiled stove. The bedrooms: They are located on the upper floor of the house, they were completely renovated in 2015 and shine in new splendor. They are heated as well as the bathroom with infrared heating. They can accommodate six people. The cupboard: It offers space for everything you do not want to take home with you, for example, skis. At Hirzmannsee (2km away) there is the possibility in the open air, in the woods or on meadows to camp   Two very child-friendly ski areas:   The KLIPPIZTÖRL (about 30 minutes by car) and the SALZSTIEGL (about 20 minutes by car).
