If you're looking for a respite after a day of shopping or touring around the Twin Cities, the lower level will allow you to relax and rejuvenate during your stay. This living space is the lower level of my home which includes a walkout to the backyard and a shared front entrance. A large dog lives upstairs with us. There is a gate to keep her upstairs. Guests can enter through the front door and go downstairs to the space. The entire lower level is available for use which includes two bedrooms, a bath, a great room with living area, dining table, small fridge and microwave. A sliding glass door on that level takes you to the patio, pond and walking paths. I will be available through text or phone if you need something. This is a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of walking paths and nature preserve around it. A park with a playground can be found right down the path. There are multiple ponds in the neighborhood to add to the beauty. We are located within 20-25 minutes to the Mall of America and airport. The Minnesota Zoo and Premium Outlet Mall are both approximately 15-20 minutes away. Easy access to Highway 77. Plenty of shopping in nearby Apple Valley and Burnsville. Both Uber and Lyft are available in the area and Doordash, Ubereats and Grubhub deliver food feom local restaurants in the area. There is a large dog that lives upstairs.
