Fully-Furnished Spacious Kotu House Now Available

Kizal's self-catering Kotu house is a fully-furnished sunny bungalow in the quiet residential neighborhood of Kotu, a short walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. Enjoy 3 spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and an indoor and outdoor kitchen. The tastefully-decorated house is stocked with bedsheets, towels, cooking and serving utensils, a microwave, refrigerator, water heater, air conditioning, a washer-dryer and outdoor barbecue area. The apartment also features 24-hour security. Management is reachable by telephone 9AM to 10PM every day and by email 24 hours a day. Guests will be responsible to pay for electricity usage after consumption of the equivalent of D500.00 provided by Kizal Apartments. Electricity supply in the Gambia is pre-paid and Cash Power token can be purchased directly from the National Electricity company offices or most fuel stations and corner shops around the country. We believe that the D500.00 would cover up to 4 days electricity supply, provided that air-condition usage is minimal. We also provide 7.5 kVA standby generator to cover temporary electricity outages. We charge a fee of D100 per day for usage to cover fuel cost. Please note that, air-conditions must not be used during the running of the generator as this may impact voltage output and the performance of the machine.
