With the bonus of a quiet outside patio area looking over farmers fields and the countryside. Ideal for either singles, couples or families, it is a small house ideally suited for four but with extra beds for more individuals if needed it is a bonus. The lovely view over the Farm field, with the sheep or ponies and on clear days, the view of the Ribble Valley is wonderful. A quiet location for those happy to stay in a residental area near to lots of amenities in Whalley, Clitheroe and surrounding areas. With access via the front door, into the porch area or via the gate through the rear patio doors. There is handy storage in the outside lockable shed as well as the porch area inside for all your boots, coats or even bikes. Parking is to the front of the property on it’s own drive area. Porch area for items then: Living Room: With patio doors to the extensive patio outside areas, to outside table and chairs. Extendable dining table to the back of the room and comfy Leather settees , Smart TV, the kitchen is just off the Living room. kitchen with small fridge, oven, microwave, washer dryer and wonderful picturesque views to the side and from of the Kitchen. Bedroom 1: Double divan bed, with firm mattress, fitted wardrobes. TV with free view/remote. Bedroom 2: Double divan bed. Fitted Cupboard and shelf area within the room. Attic room bed 3 with small double: velux window. Small attic room accessible via pull down attic steps from the landing. Bed is nearly under the eaves , so mind you head, great for additional numbers or sleeping under the stars. Hence no blind on the window Limited room but cosy. Request to use this room please when booking. Not suitable for young children. Bathroom, Bath with Electric shower, fresh towels and storage. All areas of Your holiday home is accessible as it is your special place for your duration. If you need to use the shed area for storage please advise as key will need to be supplied. It is always a please to meet guests on arrival and help will be there as little or more dependant on what assistance you need either by phone or email. A quiet area, friendly neighbours who can assist if needed Parking to the front of the property and with just a short walk to Whalley is perfect for those who want to explore the area either by foot, bus or car. There is local bus stop on the main road., 150 meters away, Train station 3 miles away and you are with the Ribble Valley area so walking is on your door step.
