Charming traditional Swiss farming house, Lakeview

The house is over 500 years old and the oldest property in Zurich. It was renovated with much love and own handwork. No matter which season of the year the view is breathtaking. Find your peace and follow some tradional Swiss path. The cozy flat is one part of the house. In the first floor is a family living which who you share the hallway. The flat is in the renovated part of the house but still has some old woodwork. It has two floors. In the first floor is the living room (with flatscreen TV and WIFI). There is a (sleep) coach (for one person) and a dining area fitting for 4 people. Further, a kitchen with a small table to get your coffe and having the sun directly shinning in your face in the morning. In the second floor is one douple bed with a tempur mattress (you feel like in heaven ;)) and a fully equiped bathroom. There is also the possibilty to sleep directly below the roof in the half floor (gallery/loft) above the bathroom. There you find a floor bed with matress (1.40m). The level has a hight of 1.60m in the middle Will be with a locker or I will be there to welcome you. I am happy to help when I am around and show/give you as much advices about the area if you like. When I am not around you can always call me. The lovely town Oberrieden is close to Zurich. It has two trainstations with a direct train each 15mins. It takes you 20 minutes to the city. You can get to the train station in Oberrieden 10 minutes by foot by or catching the bus 145. You even have the possibilty to go with the ship to Zurich or just do a cruise. The lake is 5mins walking distance away. There is also a beautiful public swimming place in Oberrieden. Other cities which are also close are Lucerne or Zug. In the town is a supermarket and other small local stores to fulfill your needs. S8 or S21 to Zurich, 20mins to Zurich Taking the bus 145 to the trainstation Taking the ship Intercity to Lucerne which takes 30mins To get to the flat you need to go to the second floor, no elevator avaiable. There is also a free parking directly in front of the house.
