House available for UM Football and Commencements

Spacious country home minutes from downtown and the UM stadium. Great place to stay for game weekends and commencement ceremonies. Tailgating kit equipped (cooler, 8 folding chairs, Smokey Joe grill, small bag of charcoal, lighter). Driveway able to accommodate an RV. You’ll have near full access to the home. We intend on locking my daughters room, as it has a loft and don’t feel comfortable with children sleeping in an elevated space. We are also going to keep the garage locked. You can gain access to the home via the front and back doors. We will leave the area during your stay, but we will be available via text for questions, concerns, or recommendations. Our house is 2.7 miles to Main Street and 3.3 miles to UM Stadium. We are also 2 miles from the Huron River. Multiple well known restaurants (Zingerman’s Roadhouse, Knight’s Steakhouse, Weber’s Inn) are located in our neighborhood and will surely satisfy your need for quality food and beverages. An Ann Arbor city bus stop is located at the corner of Wagner and Dexter roads which is just a short walk (less than a quarter mile) from our front door. Welcome basket and breakfast items will be left for you to enjoy.
