Beach house by the setting sun

Breath taking view and sunset. The kitchen is very well equipped, and has a dishwasher. Laundry machine is brand new. An outdoor grill for bbq, is situated in one of three large outdoor spaces. Tap water is purified (see manual). Air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms. A fire place for colder nights. There are 2 sport-bikes available with helmets. If wanted, a car (Suzuki Alto) is available for 20 EUR a day, Insurance has to be discussed. Two car seats available for baby The sunsets! And the outdoor spaces are wonderful for relaxing in the sun. There is also a large outdoor dining table, that seats ten people easily. Also, it`s so close to the ocean and several beaches. You can walk to restaurants, supermarkets and the local bakery. But, it`s also secluded, quiet and away from the touristy places. The entire house. It´s a semi-detached house, with great neighbours. Guests can use shampoos, soaps, hairspray and whatever products are at the house :) Only online (through the airbnb message system - we answer same day), but we have friends on Naxos that can assist you with check-in and departure, and with other issues if needed. Please notice that your hosts are not native English speakers, so please don´t be offended if communication seems harsh or uncommon. If this happens it is really not intentional. We are a father and daughter that manage the listing, and sometimes my father "translates" Norwegian into English, and misses the traditional polite phrasings or such. He´s the sweetest person, so don´t be offended. I can help clear up misunderstandings if so happens. In the neighbourhood you will find private homes, two supermarkets, a bakery, a wonderful spa, and 2 recommended restaurants within 5/6 minutes walk and of course several beaches! There is also a Kite centre, and a kiting beach right by the house. By the supermarket you will find an ATM, and bus stop. The bus takes you around the island (not sure of the exact route). BUT ONLY DURING SUMMER SEASON (not after september 3rd). There is parking space for two cars at the house. Additional cars can be parked by the supermarket, a five minute walk away. Notice that the house is located about 10 minutes from the airport, and 15 minutes from Naxos city (by car). So having a car available is convenient if you want to get around the island. Our car can be rented for 20 euros/day + insurance. IMPORTANT: Please note that the third bedroom must be accessed from the roof terrace. Roof terrace is accessed from inside the house, on 2nd floor. It is now rebuilt with new doors in full size and is sutable for older people. The second bedroom does not have aircondition, but is semi-underground (traditional mediterranean way of building, which will make for cool temperatures during the night), but with a window that can be opened. The new bedroom is located in the back of the house and need to share bathroom with The main bedroom. The house has now 4 bedrooms and totally 9 beds in full size, but it is suitable for 4 adults and 5 kids and 2 babies. The backyard is no closed with door and windscreen and a new table with chairs and lightning for evening meals.
