Welcome to Our luxury two storey 3 bedroom Penthouse in the heart of Wollongong CBD. Just a short walk to all amenities - WIN Stadium, the Wollongong Entertainment Centre (WEC) & the Illawarra Performing Arts Centre (IPAC). The train station is 100 meters from the front door of this complex and there are cafes, restaurants, shopping centres and Wollongong's amazing beaches all within walking distance or a 5 min drive. The complex has a shared heated swimming pool and a large tropical courtyard. This two Story Penthouse located on the top floor of the Landmark Building, is a chic city Executive style three bedroom residence. It has massive internal and external living areas perfect for entertaining, relaxing or business trips. The Master bedroom with a King Size bed is located on level 2 of the apartment. This level is accessed by a stairwell which has 17 steps from the ground level to the second level where all the bedrooms are located . The master bedroom has a balcony with escarpment and city views as well as reverse cycle air conditioning. It has a large walk in wardrobe and a spacious en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed while Bedroom 3 has a King Bed which can split into two single beds. Both these bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Both have mirrored wardrobes and reverse cycle air conditioning. All bedrooms share a balcony accessed from each of these bedrooms with ocean and escarpment views. There is also a King single mattress and a single bed mattress which can be provided for extra guests, at a fee, if required. On the ground floor of the residence there is a huge lounge area equipped with Smart TV, Bluetooth Sound Bar while the dining area has a concrete Dining table with seating for eight guests. There is also a small study Nook attached to this area. There is a powder room and toilet located off this area as well as a laundry with a front loader washing machine and clothes dryer. There is a large kitchen equipped with electric oven, natural gas cook top, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, Kettle, crockery and cutlery as well as pots, pans and all that is needed for creating your own meals. There is a huge wrap around balcony/alfresco area with a gas BBQ, outdoor dining setting for six people and an outdoor lounge area all of which have stunning views of Wollongong City Centre, Ocean, Escarpment Views and the Tropical Courtyard below. There are also clothes lines provided in this area. On the podium level of the complex there is a 12 meter heated pool and deck area. There are two secured basement car spaces for the penthouse and there is security entry to the foyer and penthouse levels. Intercoms are also installed in the apartment for key less entry and there is CCTV Security installed throughout the common areas of the building. Crown Street is also monitored by CCTV cameras provided by Wollongong City Council. This is a space that we have created especially for you and a place we love to live. The Landmark Complex is close to cafes, restaurants, Night Clubs and the major shopping centre and Wollongong Mall. The Wollongong Harbour and beaches are a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute stroll. Approximately 1.5 kilometer from the complex through town. Sydney is 80km from Wollongong and there are trains running regularly to and from the city to Wollongong. Driving will take approximately 1 hour. Wollongong is an affordable location away from the stress of the Sydney streets and is a central spot to base your stay to explore the wonders of the Illawarra Region and beyond. The Wollongong Train Station is 100 meters from the Landmark Complex and Free local buses stop directly out the front along with two taxi Cab ranks that are located either side of the building. We are strictly a NO PARTY and NO UNINVITED GUESTS stay. Disobeying these rules will see your stay CANCELLED. All damages/breakages will be charged to the guests and if left in an unacceptable state a cleaning fee will apply! Consideration must be given to other residents and unruly and offensive behaviour will lead to your stay being cut short and you will be asked to leave the apartment. Only guests that you have nominated on your booking are allowed to stay at the apartment. This is closely monitored and any breaches will lead to your stay being cancelled immediately.
