SELF CHECK-IN @ Pine Street Cottage! This post-war structure is home to beautiful hardwood floors, a darling kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In addition, there is an enclosed porch with comfy furniture. A leisurely stroll into downtown Lewisburg - home of Bucknell University, would give you a close-up of the history and beauty that abounds. PARKING? please feel free to park in the driveway. In addition, there's free parking at the street - except Wednesday morning when the street cleaner goes through. Guests begin their stay at this cozy cottage with SELF CHECK-IN! Feel free to enjoy the back lawn, but please stay within the property limits. There's also a 3 season porch with comfy seating where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the morning or relax at day's end. We don't live on the property, but our phone numbers are in the information folder you will find upon your arrival. A leisurely stroll will take you into the heart of historic Lewisburg, full of tiny shops & restaurants. To the south, within walking distance, is the Bucknell campus. If you're feeling really energetic, you may want to walk to the river and cross the bridge to enjoy nature at it's finest! Or maybe you enjoy graveyards...there's a large one within sight of Pine Street Cottage! The backstreets of Lewisburg are filled with a beauty all their own...historic homes, large old churches, a garden walk in the spring...and much more! If you enjoy biking, you're not far from a beautiful rail trail that connects Lewisburg to Mifflinburg - also a historic town known for it's buggy manufacturing in years gone by!
