Waterfront B&B is as close to the water as you can get, along the scenic Queen Charlotte Drive. We have 2 rooms in Airbnb, the "Boatshed" with ensuite and "Pacific" room with private bathroom (across a deck) both are seperate from our cottage. We operate an open house family environment. Handy to the QC Track, LinkPathway, Wineries and Mail Boat. Kayak, fishing and jetty jumping on our doorstep. Not just another B&B but an accommodation experience with a NZ family. Stay a day or 2 - swimming, jetty jumping and walks on the doorstep. Swim with the dolphin's? - now sleep with the penguins!! Handy Queen Charlotte Track, Wineries, LinkPathway (walk from Picton/Havelock) - Mail Boat, Local restaurants. Enroute scenic drive to Nelson. Middle ground for all your top tourist spots. Waterfront B&B offer an open house environment - hosts offer informative information on native life, activities, flora/fauna, boating, fishing and local history. I'm a Author and Vicki my partner is an accountant and hairdresser. Waterfront B&B is in a small private bay around other holiday homes who's guests are on holiday themselves. Most folk are swimming, fishing or boating. Most folk/guests hire a car to get to Waterfront B&B. Look for the sign "Welcome to Ngakuta Bay" - turn around there - come back 50 metres - come down the drive and our cottage is opposite the very long jetty. We are 11kms from Picton and the ferry terminals along the scenic Queen Charlotte Drive. This is the scenic route to Nelson, Tasman and Abel Tasman.
