Casa Rubina is a detached villa renovated with style and character.The villa was once a stable and all the old stone parts have been preserved and covered in light and natural material called calce, although the renovation is in contemporary taste with concrete floor and bright,lively colours. It includes an open plan kitchen/dining area with access to a covered glass patio to enjoy the green park around. From everywhere in the house you are embraced with the beauty of the surrounding nature due to the big modern glass doors. From the kitchen you get access to the spacious living room and bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor comprises two double bedrooms, from which you have a wonderful view on the neighbouring Borgo, one en suite, a twin bedroom with mezzanine for additional handy sleeping spaces and a bathroom with a beautiful hand made bath. Check-in after 7 pm will have a cost 80 euro to pay cash in place. The outside area is very spacious and enjoyable; it includes the bbq area, where it is possible to enjoy outdoor meals, immersed in the green of the park, the bio swimming pool that has the feeling of a lake having been contoured with original local river stones. The park is very big, adorned with all sorts of fruit trees, ideal for walking, excercising or simply breathing. The area near the swimming pool is surrounded with aromatic plants, lavender, sage and rosmarine amongst others, whose aroma you may enjoy while bathing and resting outdoors.
