Swan Valley Heights - Suffolk Studio

This is a fully self contained private Studio Apartment. It has a well set up kitchen with pantry, four element electric stove, good sized fridge and freezer, large comfy lounge and enough crockery and cutlery to cater for up to six people in case you have visitors call in. The bedroom is large and has a very comfortable king sized double bed and this room is serviced by full en suite including a small washing machine. We are situated half way up the Darling Scarp. We have amazing views over the entire city but we can look over the garden fence and see the kangaroos grazing along side my sheep or any other animals that I may have here from time to time. Your own private path leads you up to the swimming pool. The pool is a shared area but the lawn area outside the pool belongs to guests in the three bedroom house. Please feel free to wander around the other garden areas, keep an eye out for myself or Bob the gardener, either of us will be happy to show you around if you wish. You may see me attending to the swimming pool in the mornings and I will usually wander over and feed the chooks but as far as possible I will leave you in peace and without interruption. We are on ten acres here. Most of the blocks here are about the same size so it is a very peaceful locality. his house is situated 400 metres from the road so there is virtually no traffic noise We do have a bus service which is about 15 minutes away, this seems to run several times daily
