We cater for couples, families, solo travellers. You have apartment to yourselves, we only take one booking at a time. There are two queen size bedrooms and one double bedroom, you can choose from, all with vintage flavor. Coffee, coffeepod machine, selection of teas, cereals and home made muslie to die for, peanut butter, jams, fresh bread, butter, toaster, sandwich maker and kettle. The reading room has an eclectic range of books and magazines and large TV with Netfix, Stan etc, and a gym room. All bedrooms and Reading Room have a vintage feel. There are no cooking facilities in the apartment. We do not allow cooking facilities to be brought in with guests. We can recommend some great eating places only minutes from our doorstep. Large luxurious bathroom with bath and homemade bath crystals with soft white Sheridan dressing gowns. Perfect for a long soak after maybe a big day walking, eating, or just a lazy day doing just what you want to do. Perfection!!!! You have your own access to one wing of the home with separate security and parking, and your own heating and cooling in each room. A Reading Room with all types of books and magazine are available to read, with breakfast facilities including a continental breakfast included (including GF) let me know, and the laundry room with washer and dryer. Outdoor area- lots of cosy nooks in the garden to read and soak up the sun. We will meet you on arrival, and will be available for any questions you may have. Bedfordale is in the foothills of Perth, 8 minutes from a large local shopping centre with lots of bush walks, shops, coffee houses, only minutes away from quirky restaurants and cider houses and wineries in the hills area. There are three large dams in the area with wonderful views to visit and picnic at. And our course Bungendore National Park with lots of serene walks, and the Bibbulmun Track on our back door. Pentre Grange is perfect for families wanting to stay together, warm and cosy in the winter and cool and quiet in the summer. Lots of things for the family to do. The walks are sensational, and not too demanding. Wildlife, birds and flowers abound on your walks. Wungong Dam and Canning Dam are worth the 5 minute drive.
