It is a Granny flat with one bedroom Double bed, Bathroom, Lounge with double Sofa bed, with Wi-Fi, TV bar stools with kitchen utensils, Coffee, washing Machine (supply your own powder) & Tea & Milk provided if ask. No shampoo is provided. You will have the key secured in Secure box. Pin for key will be provided when booking is confirmed. Note: Their is a next door construction on for new house and due to that i have reduced the rent. Note: Proof of Vaccination 2 Jabs, Provide Cov Test Proof. One Bedroom with , Lounge and TV area attached with the Kitchen, Bathromm and Laundry with washing machine all built in. Outside their is a small table with two chairs to sit outiside and enjoy fresh breeze. You must be Vaccinated with two Jabs & must have the covid 19 recent test result with the last two days of the test done. In case of same day booking and acquiring the place than you must provide proof that you have done the test before you come in.
