Welcome to the Racen H Ranch. Beautiful mountain escape at 8800' elevation. Close to local markets and restaurants, Open space parks, Meyers Ranch Park, Staunton Park, Flying J Ranch Park, Red Rocks Ampitheatre,40 minutes to South Park, 90 minutes to many world class ski resorts, and short 45 minute drive to downtown Denver, Coors Field, Pepsi Center, Mile High Bronco Stadium We have a beautiful 3000 sqft house on 10 acres with 2 bedroom, 2 bath with easy access to hwy 285. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed. The unit comfortably sleeps 6 but can accommodate up to 8 with a full size hide a bed in the racing room and 2 twins size air mattress . *Fully equipped stocked kitchen *Washer & dryer ( Separate Entrance) *Plenty of parking. *TV Chromecast only * DVD player *Netflix must have your own account access. *Pack and Play for small children. * 2 Twin size air mattresses (If needed) *Propane BBQ Everything is accessible except Office, Garage, Barn and all out buildings. We work from home and will be available if needed by text, phone or email. We may have family or friends visiting and will respect your privacy. We are outside often working on the ranch. Near by activities include White water rafting, Hiking, biking, fishing, Frisbee golf, Zip line, and Down town Evergreen and lake is a 12 mile scenic drive away. Red Rocks Amphitheater is also a short 20 mile scenic drive. 90 minutes to many world class ski resorts, and short 45 minute drive to downtown Denver, Coors Field, Pepsi Center, Mile High Bronco Stadium
