Our place is a 90 sqm semi-detached house with terrace and garden. Air-conditioned, modern place with automatic dishwasher, washing machine, free WIFI (20 Mbps download), flat-screen tv (40" full HD with HDMI interface) and automatic garden gate. Great place for guests travelling by car (free parking in the garden) or bicycle and for those who prefer green areas. The property is rather a family home than an apartment four tourists. The quality and the size is far above average in Budapest but the price is very competitive. You reach the city centre by public transportation in 35-45 minutes, by car in 12 minutes (if there is no heavy traffic). You find two parks with new playgrounds in 300 meters, the modern recreational area and bicycle route at the Szilas Brook (Szilas-patak) is only 2000 meters away. Our guests have access to the 90 sqm semi-detached house with a terrace, a balcony, a small garden and a washing machine in the basement. There is no fence between the garden of the two apartments in the building. Our guests are mainly returning guests, respectful people. Someone from the family or a friend will welcome you at the apartment and gives you the keys. We offer assistance by e-mail and a family member living close to the apartment can assist you personally if you need anything. We speak English, German and Hungarian. Rákosszentmihály is a part of the 16th district of Budapest. You find mainly detached and semi-detached houses here, old and new buildings mixed. It is basically a green area with trees (cherry, sour cherry, apricot, walnut trees as well) on the streets. There is a well organized public transportation that you can use and more and more bycicle routes also. You find shops, pharmacy, health center, restaurants in walking distance. You find two malls in 15-20 minutes (Árkád and Pólus Center). Bus stop of line 144 and 244 is located in 70 meters. We offer free parking for one car in the garden (sometimes for 2 cars depending on availability). There are several free parking places on the street. We have charger for electronic vehicles.
