Superbly studio with very large terrace, situated just meters away from the edge of Lago Trasimeno. Built with comfort and convenience in mind. Take a stroll along the fabulous scenic walking trail that winds along the lakes edges. Stephi will hand over the keys at your arrival. Across the street is a lounge bar and a boat rental. From summer 2019 also bike rental across the street. Florence is 1,5 hours drive away and Rome 2 hours. Perugia is only 20 minutes away. In Umbria and Tuscany there are numerous historical villages to be visited. I advise to rent a car. Please note that the bar across the street sometimes plays loud music on weekend nights. Renting a car is highly recommended.
