We provide a lovely home environment. Own private area with bathroom, separate TV room/lounge or join in. Can provide evening meal at small cost, light breakfast included. Close to transport to large shopping malls, beaches, city, flinders university and hospital. Short drive to McLaren Vale wineries. and many restaurant precincts. Children welcome!! Brian and I are friendly and here to help. We have travelled the world extensively and want to give back some of the hospitality we have received. We have 2 bedrooms available each with a double bed, so we are able to house 4 people at one time. Each bedroom is a separate listing. We love having children stay as well. If you have children both rooms need to be booked. If both rooms are occupied there is a shared bathroom. If one family only you have private bathroom facilities. The kitchen is available for your use at any time. You have your own lounge seating area which is part of main house. Smokers outside only please. Our guests have access to everything in the home that we do. Feel free to join the evening meal at a small cost or cook your own, all laundry and bathroom facilities, plus lovely outdoors patio, lawn area for children. We are close to transport to city, close to Flinders University for students, and close to lovely beach areas of Adelaide and Southern Vales Wines District. We absolutely love to get to know our guests, share meals etc., and have some fun. Be part of our family. But for those looking for privacy we have two lounge/sitting/tv areas where you can be separate as much as you need. The guest bedrooms and bathroom are completely separate from our bedroom and bathroom area. We love that our neighbourhood is just a quiet suburban street away from noise. We are close to shops for daily essentials, and to main areas to catch buses etc with easy access to beaches restaurants, city and parks. City by car 30 min, by bus 45 min. Flinders Uni 10 min by bus or car. There are buses to the city and local large shopping town. Local shops within a walk of the house. We have parking available if you have a car. Also Brian and I are always around to help you get to where you need to go. We have to date hosted people from Africa, France, Germany, Singapore, USA, Ghana and United Kingdom. We love all people and would love to host students attending Flinders University or Hospital.
