Sunbreeze is a 4 room duplex, with Living rooms and fully functional Kitchen, dining area, 3 washrooms and 2 balconies with beautiful lobby. Sunbreeze is suitable for short and long term stay, our hillside home is conveniently located at a 15 minutes drive from Shimla Mall. We offer free parking, free Wi-Fi L.E.D TV with HD channels and smart TV, fully functional kitchen, terrace; comfort joy & relax with the beautiful view. We have full time caretakers and cleaning everyday for Safety. Sunbreeze is a travel themed house, we intend to keep you feel welcomed and warm from the moment you step into our home. We have been told that the best part of this house is the huge lobby. Panoramic windows which open up to the spectacular views of the valley We don’t let out rooms individually and the whole apartment is let out at once. There is an independent staircase to the house. The house is enabled with 4G wifi Internet, TV with all English, Hindi, entertainment and sports channels, heaters, hot water bottles , hot running water and other facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Reaching Us: > The apartment has free parking. > You can follow the (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps location and reach straight to the property. > We have the tie ups with local cab drivers. We can help your trip to our hills. > Ask me for recommendations on what to eat and see. > We keep adding stuff as requested by guests, so make sure we are only improving. Guest Access: Guests will have absolute access to everything in the house. Laze around on cozy couches in the Living room, pick a book to read along with the clouds that often are the same level as you. Bring along your favorite movies or seasons on your USB and watch them on the TV . Sip your morning coffee overlooking the beautiful valley. Access the dining space and the kitchen for a lovely meal. We have a very functional kitchen with electronics like Fridge, microwave, Induction, electric kettle etc to do just that, additionally if you are too lazy to step out , the caretaker can help you with the groceries. There are couple of restaurants nearby which offer home delivery above a minimum amount of rupees 350 so forget the food Blues and enjoy the view. Others thing to note No surprise policy for additional services. -INR ₹200 per heater per day. -The caretaker can help with the groceries so you don’t have to step out for chores. -Additional charges for heater (₹200 per heater) We like being fair and square, no hidden charges ever. If the staff brings to our attention time taking cleaning chores after you have left, we might request cleaning charges. House Rules: Don’t worry we don’t have many. 1. Please try not to smoke in the house. 2. Yes we know the weather calls for a cheers but please don’t break crockery, furniture etc. when you are high. (It’s happened a lot more than you expect and we might request payment for damages if any) 3. The caretaker is there to clean but utensils is not a part of his job description. (A little bit of utensils is fine but please don’t leave a pile of utensils for the poor caretaker, you are advised to tip in case you get him to do a lot of your utensils) 4. Request you to please leave the house not in a mess. 5. Please check out on time. ( A lot of people take early morning buses and are waiting to get in, please support us in making sure no one has to wait more than promised) 6. Have fun(And report any new ideas to us) Cheers!! When it is cold, the neighborhood is pretty cold because there are a lot of mountains around it. When it is hot, the house is fresh,and you don't need an AC. There is a bus stop too, that only takes 1 minute walk and a park too!
