Three bedrooms all with queen size very comfortable beds all tastefully furnished with contemporary linen and towels supplied. Bathroom - seperate bath & shower, seperate toilet. Full cooling and heating throughout, spotless gas BBQ on deck, electric fireplace, and added touches to ensure holiday is memorable and enjoyable. Entire beautiful home is yours. Just a few minutes walk to the sandy safe bay swimming beach, general store and foreshore amentities. It is also only a short drive to tourist places like San Remo, Cowes, Kilcunda, Wilson’s Prom, Phillip Island and Wonthaggi, where you can enjoy the beaches, shops, restaurants, hotels and all that the local towns provide. The property is on two levels, with bedrooms (each with own reverse cycle split system), laundry, bathroom and seperate toilet on the lower level. Up the stairs for a large open plan kitchen/meals/ living area with reverse cycle split system, electric fireplace, front and rear decks and inside and outdoor eating areas. Gas BBQ supplied. We provide all required bedding and towels, UHT milk, cold water in fridge, frozen ice cubes, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt & pepper and depending on your length of stay a complimentary bottle of wine. Pure bliss!! Entire home. This is our beach home so we are available via phone or email but won’t be in proximity to the property during your stay. Our beautiful home is set amongst a quiet neighbourhood. Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Bus at the door step that takes you into Grantville, off street parking for many cars, and only a short drive to Phillip Island, Wilson’s Prom, historical Loch village, and many other wonderful attractions within the area. Our beach house “Coronet Castle” is a home. Warm in winter and cool in summer, beautifully decorated and with a great kitchen and everything you need to cook up a storm, pots pans great oven & stove etc. It’s the best place in town to view the most amazing sunsets you will ever see!!
