Self Contained GF Unit in Tropical Surrounds

We have self contained accommodation downstairs in a quiet and leafy suburb of Mundingburra in Townsville. It contains a Queen size bed and living / dining space, kitchenette with microwave, fridge and a counter top oven and separate hot plates. It is only 10-15mins drive / bus to the University, Hospital, City and the beach, with river view walk/bike pathways nearby. We have free NBN Wi-Fi. More then 2 guests are an extra cost per night. A very homely friendly environment in a fantastic inner suburb in Townsville, the Capital of North Queensland is central to many places near and far. The unit is suitable for singles or couples with a Queen Size Bed provided. Extra bedding/guests are at additional costs. Free NBN Wi-Fi is available with the password in the Guest Book. We have a self contained cool separate living space down stairs of our 2 storey home with your own kitchette, bathroom and shared laundry. We have a pool and spa and adjacent lower deck available for guest enjoyment and respect. Please note that the upstairs area is our home and as such are private spaces unless invited. Our 2 adult boys have moved to Melbourne and myself and my wife are semi-retired and enjoy meeting new and returning guests. Interaction is totally up to the guest. Happy to give you your peace and quite or have a chat / drink on our back deck and pool ... whatever works for you :) Mundingburra is a leafy inner suburb of Townsville between the river with its adjacent bikeways and walkways and Ross River Road one of the main transport routes in Townsville. Located 2 blocks from Ross River Road, one of Townsville main transport routes with regular bus services. 10-15 min drive to the University, Hospital, City and the beach, and close to many other Townsville attractions. On site parking is available. We have 2 push bikes available for guests to use for a refundable deposit. The adjoining kitchenette is fitted with a fridge, microwave, countertop oven, 2 hotplates, toaster, jug, cutlery, cooking utensils cups, glasses and plates. A starter continental breakfast basket with coffee, tea, juice, milk, cereal, bread, and assorted spreads are provided on the first day. Please advise of any dietary requirements prior to your arrival. Own arrangements afterwards for multi-day stays. Our location makes it very easy to get to the many Townsville Sporting and Cultural Events throughout the year.
