Waterbird habitat is an easy 10 min walk, inclusive of a hide. We are just a text or phone call away. At your convenience. Middle Ridge is a quiet suburb of Toowoomba. It is approximately 6kms from the city, however close by is Toowoomba Ridge and Toowoomba Plaza where you will find, Aldi, Woolworths, Coles, Kmart and other small speciality stores. Gabbinbar Homestead a very popular wedding venue is only a short 3min drive up the road. Middle Ridge Golf Course is only a sort distance away for those avid golfers. Along the street there are hail and ride stops, although Toowoomba bus service isn't very frequent. Alternative transport are Taxis and Uber. The unit is on tank water however can be turned to town very easily. On the rear wall are the control levers. Close the tank water one and open the town water one. Please turn off the pressure pump. Please inform host if you need to do this. Thank you. The NBN box is in the third bedroom. Please do not turn off as it interferes with the wifi and Netflix for the next guests. If you have a wedding/function on before 3pm, please consider booking the night prior. We cannot always accommodate an early check in. It is a lot less stressful for yourselves, the cleaners and us. If you wish for a late checkout this maybe possible at an extra charge.
