Brighton Breezy

As per Airbnb rules, we can only accept bookings from Airbnb members who are going to be guests. We cannot accept bookings by Airbnb Members on behalf of other people, when the Aibnb member is not going to stay here. We are just near the ocean, with lovely breezes and views. Great for long walks or bike rides along the esplanade. A small shopping centre is at the other end of our street. We are about 4 kilometres from Sandgate Railway Station, and there are buses just around the corner. We have a two-bedroom unit on the ground floor of our home, fully self contained with kitchen, lounge, bathroom, toilet and veranda. You will have sole access to the whole of the two bedroom unit, with its own lockable entrance. Your unit looks over a back yard, with glimpses of the ocean from your veranda and lounge. We request you do not smoke inside the unit. An additional cleaning fee may apply if you do. You will have sole access to the whole of the ground floor, with your own laundry, all on one level. There is plenty of parking on the street. You will love the fresh air, the sound of the waves just a few metres away at high tide, and the tranquility. You will see people enjoying walking, riding, building sand castles and kite surfing. Many are locals, and others have driven from all over Brisbane to experience the simple pleasures of the bayside. There is a bus to Sandgate a short walk away at the end of the street. This bus connects with the train to the City. In the other direction, you can get a bus to Redcliffe. There is a small shopping centre at the end of the street, including groceries, butcher, restaurant, doctor, pharmacy, dentist etc. The unit will be clean on your arrival and on exit. If your stay is longer than a few days, we can supply changes of linen and cleaning equipment for your use, at no extra charge. You will be charged one cleaning fee only, as part of your booking fee. This covers our exit clean. We do not allow smoking inside the house. Any breaches to this request may attract additional cleaning fees. An ash try can be provide to enable smoking outside.
