Traditional Stone House in Kissos Pelion

The house is built with stone and wood according to the traditional architecture, in 2010 it was renovated from our old house of 1900. It consists of the ground floor and the 1st floor independently. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with double bed one with bunk bed), living room with 2 sofas, bathroom with bathtub and a balcony with an amazing view and on the ground floor there is the kitcen , the yard and the garden with the chicken cob in the corner! The house is located in the traditional settlement of ivy in a plot of 800m, this gives the possibility of a sense of privacy and space You are 2-5 minutes from the center of the village, where there is also the bus station and the main car park, grocery stores, cafes taverns, bars and bakery. It is also very close to the ski center but also to many beautiful beaches as well as very beautiful other traditional villages! ( There are 2 options of parking in a nearby place half minute walking both) Since when the house is for rent , we are not there, we are always available via telephone or email or airbnb ! Moreover, in the neighborhood there are two of our neighbors who can help you in anything more " practical " that might come up! A very quiet neighborhood. The house is surrounded by cobbled streets leading to the village square and the main road. The car park is half a minute walk from the house, there are 2 parking spots either from the upper road or from the lower road.
