This is a new modern home with open plan kitchen dining out door area with a separate TV room, 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one with a bath, lots of room to park the boat or caravan. only 2 min walk to the beach, nestled beside bush and farmland on a quiet street, there is a boat ramp and play ground 1 min drive down the road, shops with a great cafe, restaurant, warehouse etc 3 mins up the road, Matakana village is 8 mins away with a cinema, great cafes and the famous Matakana markets The main house is fully available for your use, we have a home gym in the garage, trampoline, lots of books and toys for the kids, we do have a apartment off the garage who has a full time tenant but he has his own entrance and is very quiet, We also have 2 cats that we would ask you to feed as they are members of our family Guest will have full access to the main house We will always be available via phone There are many beautiful beaches within the area to visit as well as the very popular Matakana village within 10min drive, 3 minutes up the road is a shopping centre with a great cafe and also a warehouse, Warkworth is 10 minutes away and has New World and Countdown as well as lots of cafes and restaurants There is a bus that runs around the area, if needed also taxis are available We have a great relationship with our neighbors and would love to keep it that way so please no parties, we have 2 cats who will need to be feed so no dogs please
