Cottage in The Grove- Queen bedroom,TV & desk

Our home is non smoking property open plan living with modern facilities, surrounded by beautiful cottage gardens that guests can use. 3 Outdoor seating areas with BBQ open fire & grill. We live on the property with our 3 small dogs who are very friendly,Jasmine, Poppy and Jack. Room contains queen bed, tv, desk & hanging storage. Option to add fold out single bed and/or a cot. Bathroom is shared with other guests only. Separate guest sunroom to with coffee facilities and fridge. Queen bedroom is our largest room, option for a fold out single and/or cot can be arranged. Quiet cottages gardens, plenty of spaces to sit and ponder. Watch the sunset on the front deck with a glass of wine, beer or try our homemade Kombucha that Stella makes. Opt for a BBQ with our open fire pit and grill, we set it up for you all you have to do is cook and eat. Stella loves her chairs so there are plenty around the back yard for you to find your spot. Have breakfast anywhere you like in a number of our indoor outdoor seating areas. Walking distance to yacht club and amazing harbor views. Kayak available for hire, Paddle boarding at the Yacht Club or just walking on the beach. You are welcome to use most of the house and gardens(not our bedrooms) or signed private areas, upon arrival we will give you a walk through to familiarize you with your specific areas and shared areas, how to use the cooktop. It is open plan living and many doors open to outside. I will give you space but I am available to interact with you and be there for any assistance you need for your travels and local attractions. Love listening to guests stories of their life culture and travels. Our street is very quiet not a lot of traffic only 5 homes on our side and close to the BBQ park area. You are welcome to park in our driveway. Local Bottle O' shop is 5 min away for those last minute drinks/snacks or bread and milk, open 7 days. Most of the local attractions are within 15 min drive along Frenchman Bay road to The Gap and natural bridge, The wind farm and walking tracks, and scenery to take your breath away. Our dogs Jasmine our 12yr old Maltese shih tzu and Jack is our 13yr rescue Maltese,our 3yr old baby Poppy a toy poodle, they are friendly but this is new to them they may bark when you arrive, but after they know you are staying they are fine. Please be patient with them they are so loving. Strictly NO SMOKING anywhere. We are non smokers as are our guests.
