Beach Stay

Your accommodation will be private and the self contained downstairs section of a townhouse, with two bedrooms, bathroom and well equipped kitchenette in the lounge/dining area. The lounge/dining, with sea views, overlooks a paved area with heated spa, dining area and BBQ. Walk through the gate to enjoy a swim or casual walk along the beach. All nationalities are welcome to come and enjoy this beautiful part of Melbourne. I respect privacy but will help in any way to make an enjoyable stay. The entrance is shared. Guest area is the ground floor section of the townhouse. The upper floor is the private section of the house and is not available for guest use. I have shown many overseas relatives and friends Victoria's places of interest, I am only too willing to share my knowledge with guests. Carrum :- is a small suburb of Melbourne on the shores of Port Phillip Bay is on a direct train line, approximately one hour, to the centre of Melbourne is close to freeways that take you to the city of Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula and the Yarra Valley has a volunteer surf/lifesaving club that patrols the beach at busy times has several cafes, restaurants and take-away has two hotels close by with good bistro meals has Aldi with Coles and Woolworths, approximately 2km away The property is close to Carrum train station on the Melbourne to Frankston line with trains running every 15 to 20 minutes. Several bus lines are also available.
