Less than 5min from Villanova Univ., train service to Philadelphia and Hwy 76. This newly renovated studio apartment has a private entrance and designated parking within a transitional Main Line home. Each bedroom includes a new queen bed with half walls overlooking the well planned living areas and custom kitchens with butcher block and granite counters. Each studio includes, internet, TV, private washer/dryer and studio 1 has a dedicated heat & A/C unit. Let's gain some clarity.... Rental includes private access to Studio #1 & Studio #2 labeled in pictures. Rental Fees: Studio 1; $1,500 per month Studio 1 & 2; $2,800 per month *We reserve the right to rent Studio #2 to another guest if you choose not to. Max capacity per studio is 1 adult. Note that the bathroom is shared between Studio #1 and Studio #2. Studios are located in the basement, have a private entry and do not share any space with the host. The day of your visit we will send a video setting expectation for your visit. Including; where to park, how to enter the space, access codes, studio tour, quiet hours, etc. Early Check in, additional $10 per hour before 3pm ET. Requires host approval. Late Check out, additional $10 per hour after 11a. Requires host approval. Heating - Ventilation - Air Conditioning Studio 1: Independent controls Studio 2: Not Independent. Kept between 65-70 °F. A space heater is available upon request. 'Quiet Hours' are defined as; Monday - Sunday between the hours of 8p and 6a, Additional information can be found in the 'Guest Book'. DEFINITIONS 'Entire Space' is defined as private access to interior spaces shown in listing. 'Private Access' is defined as, sharing of interior space shown in listing with only those approved and on the paying guests reservation. 'Private Entrance' is defined as entrance/exit not shared with host. Pool & Hot Tub are both located outside, are shared spaces and are open June 1 to August 31. From September 1 to May 31 we can not guarantee access due to weather.
