Sunny apartment

Dear guests! My husband and I have a cozy apartment and would love to have you as our guest while you explore NYC. We aim to provide you with an affordable and comfortable stay, close to Manhattan but in a safe and lively neighborhood. Some amenities include toiletries, and coffee/tea. We have a bright kitchen and living room, complete with everything you need, and a cozy bedroom completely furnished and ready for you to relax after a day exploring NYC! We are located in a two-bedroom apartment, so the bathroom is shared. You can also use the kitchen for quick snacks. Please note that we are trying to stay safe and follow health measures, so we will try and keep social distancing and cleaning practices as much as possible during your stay. Gerard and I are two young professionals, who love sharing any tips or advice you may need when in NYC! We can be busy but are always available for anything you may need. This is an amazing neighborhood, very safe and steps away from the subway, which will take you to the heart of Manhattan (20 min ride). If you decided to stay in, there are lots of Irish pubs, Thai and Asian restaurants, as well as healthy options all around the block! We are only 3 minutes walking distance from the closest subway, which will take you straight to Grand Central Terminal and Times Square! We are following safety measures and can only accept guests who are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 before arrival. We also have a kitten named Harold, which is very sweet and friendly. He does not have access to your bedroom, but may be hanging around the apartment during your stay. Please make sure you read and agree with the house manual upon reservation since it describes how your experience will be.
