Cottage / Studio Apartment

This compact, modern, air conditioned apartment/studio is located on the second floor of a comercial complex. It is in a quiet location and equipped with office facilities, making it ideal for the business traveller. It's situation is such that the historic city of Brescia as well as Lake Garda and Lake Iseo are all within easy reach. There is a self-service laundry close by. The accommodation comprises 3 areas: 1. Kitchen/Dining/Office Area The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with cooker and a dining table. The office has fast wifi internet, a printer and scanner available. I am a 3D designer specialising in SolidWorks and use the office occasionally, but most of my work is done from the offices of my clients. I may therefore be in the office for a short time each day. 2. Bed/sitting room There are 2 sofas which convert to beds. There is also a digital piano and accoustic guitar, which guests are welcome to use. 3. Bathroom with bidet and shower. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but is allowed on the balcony. I live near so I will help you if you need. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity which leads to the central railway station. The firm is inside a commercial building. The apartment is not easily reached by public transport; the use of a car is therefore recommended, however, subject to my work commitments, I may be able to help with the occasional lift by arrangement. The electrical supply is limited to 3kW, so the air conditioning and oven/hob cannot be used at the same time.
