Walk among the maple and blossom trees, read beside the pond, stroll through the herbaceous borders and smell the roses. We are thirty mins from ChCh airport, five mins drive from great cafes in Rangiora, twenty mins from wineries and an hour from Hanmer Springs. Enjoy fresh air, peace, quiet and beauty in this five acre slice of heaven. Apart from the gardens, there is a swimming pool/outside entertainment area and a Wendy house and trampoline for the children. There are five bedrooms - two kings, one queen and two bedrooms which can be re-configured to suit your needs - either two single beds or two super king beds. We have wifi and a brand new smart TV with Netflix. This house is on five acres - you can stroll anywhere on the property. We won't be there - you will have the five acre property completely to yourselves. On the odd occasion, I may be in the garden working away quietly. We are five minutes from Rangiora (great cafes, restaurants, three supermarkets and a department store) and half an hour's drive to Christchurch. There are wineries in nearby Pegasus, the beach is ten minutes drive and the mountains are ninety minutes drive. There are great walks and bike trails in Ashley forest, a few minutes away.
