The Poolhouse Rooms at Elysian Falls nestle on 8 acres of lush hinterland rainforest in a hidden valley on Ensbey Road, Flaxton. A perfect rainforest family escape or romantic getaway for two. Checkout 10:00 – 11:00am *Elysian Falls facilities are for paying guests only – no unauthorized visitors. Pre-approval for guests visitors is contingent on them leaving the premises by 8pm at latest. Your private rooms include a bedroom, a kitchenette with toaster, kettle and microwave , bathroom with shower, and open plan lounge dining area. There is limited mobile and WIFI, and Foxtel available for guests. We have a laundry in our house if you get caught, but there is no laundry in the Poolhouse rooms. During your stay you have direct access to the swimming pool and entertaining areas just outside your door. We tend to give guests privacy when they are using the pool, but if it is a hot summer day then we may need to cool off too. The valley beyond has lush rainforest, waterfalls, and beautiful waterways for you to explore. We are available for check in and out times, and live onsite so handy if you have any questions or issues. Elysian Falls is tucked between Mapleton and Montville off Ensbey Road at FLaxton. This secluded rainforest valley offers a peaceful world away from the busy coastal cities only 25 to 35 minutes away. By car, we are 5 minutes from Mapleton. 15 minutes from Nambour centre. 8 minutes to Montville. 20 minutes to Maleny. You will need a car as we are not close to public transport, and what public transport there is is very limited in the hinterland. There is a range taxi service and I believe there is currently one Uber driver operating in the hinterland. Message us and we can give you details to prebook if you need. Montville bar and grill offer a bus collection/drop off service if that fits with your dining plans. Details available on their website.
