Ardrossan is a historic port, well known for its and fishing and crabbing. Located 148 kms from Adelaide, just a 90 minute drive. The property is situated on top of red clay coastal cliffs, walking trails at your door step and a short walk to the town main street. Inside boasts spacious, modern living areas with a private courtyard. Bedrooms are upstairs where you will find a large balcony with breathtaking views. * Please keep up to date with COVID-19 requirements & restrictions Property has separate fully functioning laundry with a private second toilet. The kitchen cupboards has glassware, cooking & eating utensils and crockery plus storage for guests. Linen is not supplied, please bring your own sheets and towels. A lock box is located at the property, code will be emailed prior to stay. BBQ:There are two bbqs available for guest use. Please clean after use. Guests can use the whole townhouse which is separate and fenced all round Prior to your stay guest will receive an email with contact details and further information relating to the property and local area. Catch blue swimmer crabs, tommy ruffs mulloway, snapper, squid, snook, garfish, king george whiting and mullet. Visit the District Historical Museum, BHP lookout, or take a short drive to idyllic Black Point and explore surrounding towns. Ardrossan has two pubs, a bottle shop, pharmacy, Chinese, Pizza & Fish & Chip takeaway dinners, famous bakeries, coffee shops, golf course, Bowling Club, tennis courts and supermarkets. Fish & crab off Ardrossan jetty and enjoy a swim & picnic area nestled between the cliffs. Please check with fisheries regarding fish limits and equipment sizes etc. If you are a walker or cyclist try the "Walk the Yorke" along the cliff tops Best if you have a car but you can walk or cycle along the " Walk the Yorke" track
