Cozy, Serene Saluda Stone cottage on 7 acres

Main house and cozy stone cottage is situated on peaceful Mt Vista in a small gated community. Located one mile from downtown Saluda, 30 min. South of Asheville and a few miles from The Gorge Zip line. It is furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay and many outdoor amenities to enjoy. Plenty of restaurants in Saluda and nearby Hendersonville. The cozy cottage is all stone walls, formerly an outdoor kitchen and dining room. Like and efficiency apartment, the bedroom and kitchen is open. It has a nice size bathroom with a walk-in tile shower. The main house was built in 1897 on 7 acres with 3 cottages nestled in the center of Mt. Vista. Most say "it feels like you are in another country" but you are just a 4 min drive from the interstate and one mile from downtown Saluda. Property has a covered stone tea house with pizza oven and outdoor fireplace guests may use. During July and August guest are welcomed to pick from 70 blueberry bushes. Also there is a large fire pit and grill for guests to use to entertain. I am usually available and can be reached by phone or text. There is a cleaning fee of 25.00 for pets.
