Clarence Park - within 5km to CBD

Our place is a gorgeous little Art Deco style house located within the beautiful leafy suburb of Clarence Park. Our house is located approximately 5km from the CBD. The train station is within 5 mins walk and the tram is approximately 15 mins walk. Our house is located within walking distance to shopping facilities and local cafes. We are also only 2km from King William Road which offers amazing restaurants and good shopping. Glenelg beach is within 7km and can be accessed on the tram. Guests have full access to the kitchen, lounge room, dining room, laundry, front and back yards. We have done a lot of traveling and love to have a friendly chat.
